make sure your sound is on (all donations go directly towards future miniature art hunts)  The Minneapolis Octopus Art Hunt has been completed and was the most successful art hunt yet. Featuring 35 octopus artworks. October 17th, 2008 at 2pm Minneapolis went go on the hunt for original miniature artwork hidden around its hundreds of parks. It is a free event and everyone is invited to join in the hunt. Read more about the Minneapolis Hunt. As of October 2008, Minnesota artist William Hessian has completed 10 miniature artwork hunts from the midwest to the westcoast, one additional hunt in Costa Mesa, California will took place on August 30th, 2008. To learn how to bring an art as treasure art hunt to your city visit the miniature art hunts page and send the link to those you think might be interested. The project brings people to the parks & art to the people. Visual clues for each hunt will appear here on www.williamhessian.com, which will help the hunters locate the miniature treasures (select your location above to find visual clues for your hunt). Thanks to Yahoo Video and Jumpcut for a sponsorship that allowed William the creation of short films that were created along the summer art tour in 2008.
