LOOKING FOR THE MUSTANG ART HUNT?![]() click image above CRAB HUNT VISUAL CLUESThe hunt is over! The Costa Mesa treasure hunters devoured the minaiture crabs. I have released all of the highest crab, the most difficult, the first to find and other awards on the message board. Monday we are creating artwork in Tewinkle Park from 3pm-6pm. A Costa Mesa art hunt video will be added in a few weeks, so check back to watch the video. check out the great pictures below! The WINNERSThe HIDDEN ARTWORK
All ten artworks are found WINNERS GET TO KEEP THE ART! Ten brightly colored and hand drawn miniature Costa Mesa Sea Crab artworks (see pictures above)
will be hidden in the public parks of Costa Mesa, California. Minneapolis artist William Hessian is creating the art and
then hiding the art in hidden locations in Costa Mesa. Costa Mesa was chosen for its dedication to the
arts and community. The hunt is open to the public and everyone is invited to seek out your local parks
and search for these tiny treasures. Each artwork is 1 and a half inches by 1 and a half inches square. The first of daily
visual photo clues will be posted on July 19th to help aide those in the search for Sea Crabs. All winners and art
hunters are invited to send in pictures to be added to the website.
All clues are photographs of the artwork in its hiding places, feel free to print pictures to take on your hunt Kelsey and myself will be painting in the parks this weekend as well. See text above for more information. These will also be where winners of the hunt will be able to claim their
small prize. Since the Costa Mesa Sea Crab art hunt is a grass roots independent art project it relies heavily on word of mouth. Please help and pass on the dates and times to friends, families, children, schools, teachers, park enthusiasts and anyone else that might be interested in joining in the hunt. Please show your support for Art as Treasure, self representing artists, bring the joy of art to thousands of people and help fund artwork in the parks, by donating (using the Paypal links at the top and bottom of this page or by mail). Find out how to recieve a free bearded bunny art print for your donation. (If you have found a hidden artwork, or have questions or comments please contact: William.hessian@gmail.com) Feel free to talk about the hunt with other Californians here
